AK Global Service only processes the details needed to give you a price and carry out your ride. Here you can read which, why and for how long.

What we collect
When you send a request we store your name, phone number, optional email, pickup address, destination, time, number of passengers, chosen car and the calculated price, plus any notes. The price calculator itself stores nothing until you send the request.
What we use it for
The details are used solely to confirm and carry out your ride and to contact you about it. We send no marketing and we do not pass the details on to third parties, apart from the technical providers that run the website and email.
Address suggestions and routing
When you type an address, the text is sent through our server to a map service to find suggestions and calculate the distance. No personal details are sent with the address.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies for visitors. No third-party tracking or analytics tools are used.
Storage and deletion
Requests are kept for as long as needed to carry out the ride and meet bookkeeping requirements, and are then deleted. You can ask for access to or deletion of your details at any time.
