The price is always agreed before departure and does not change on the way. Evenings, nights and weekends can affect it — your quote will say so.
Questions and answers
How is the price calculated?
We base the price on the car, the distance and the expected driving time, and evenings, nights and weekends can affect it. You receive one fixed all-in price before departure, including VAT, fuel and chauffeur — nothing is added afterwards.
Do you drive to the airport?
Yes. We drive to and from Copenhagen Airport, Billund, Aalborg and Aarhus as well as Hamburg and Malmö. The chauffeur tracks your flight and waits if it is delayed.
Can I book at short notice?
Often yes. Call us on +45 4242 6316 and we will find a car. If you book online we confirm as soon as possible.
Which cars can I choose?
Mercedes V-Class for up to seven passengers, Mercedes E-Class for up to three and Mercedes S-Class for up to three. All cars are black and driven by professional chauffeurs.
How do I pay?
You receive a confirmation with the fixed price. Payment is by card, MobilePay or invoice for companies, as agreed.
Do you also drive outside Denmark?
Yes, we drive to Sweden and Germany. For trips over 450 km or over several days we send a tailored quote.
